How do I register my kit?

Use the QR code or website link provided on your kit box or instructions. If you cannot find it, contact support and we will send you your registration link.

What if I need replacement items for my kit?

Please contact support, and we will find the best solution for you.

Can I activate a kit if I’m under 18?

No. Kits are only for people 18 years or older.

What if I need help during collection?

Send us a photo or short video- we will guide you step by step.

Can I drop off my sample at the lab instead of mailing it?

No. Samples must be mailed using the prepaid mailer.

When will I get my results?

Results are typically available within 2–5 business days after the lab receives your sample.

How will I get my results?

You will receive an email notification with a secure link to view your results when they are available.

Can I request an extra kit for a family member?

Yes. You may order kits on behalf of others as long as they are over 18 and located in an area where service is available. Note: At-home testing is not available in the states of New Jersey, New York, or Rhode Island.
